It's a passion.We are sure that you've seen our stores, but have you ever considered the executive employment opportunities at Goodwill?Who we are Looking for:Goodwill's vision is that every person has the opportunity to learn, work, and thrive in all aspects of life.Goodwill of the Olympics and Rainier Region is seeking a Vice President of Anti-racism, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion to help us achieve this vision as we continue to commit our organization to dismantling racism and advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion so that we can help people reach their fullest potential through our education, job placement, and career pathway services that are made possible by community donations, purchases, and partnerships.This role is based out of Tacoma, Washington, approximately one hour south of Seattle.Reporting directly to the Goodwill President and CEO and serving on our Executive Team, you will be responsible for driving our strategy and plan for becoming an anti-racist organization and advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion for all.Our Executive Team, Employee Advisory Group, broader Leadership Team, and Board of Directors are working through a multi-year plan of education, introspection, envisioning and planning that has led to the development of an anti-racism strategy map for our Goodwill. Your role will be to build upon this work – as a change agent and partner on the Executive Team – to develop a long-term and sustaining plan for integrating anti-racism work into all of our organization's operations and services. For more information about our commitment to dismantling racism, please visit our website.In this role, you will:Lead and build upon our current anti-racism, equity, diversity and inclusion (AEDI) work, including creating operational goals, policies, plans, and budgets to advance AEDI across our organization.Provide guidance, direction, and implementation support for all teams as they advance AEDI in their respective areas – retail, workforce development, marketing, fundraising, human resources, and finance.Evaluate our AEDI efforts by identifying areas for improvement, directing future programs, assessing the achievement of annual goals, and communicating progress and results.Recommend policies, management practices, and organizational decision-making to reflect equitable and inclusive leadership across all teams.Work with our human resources team to evolve practices and metrics in recruitment, talent management, performance achievement, employee engagement, culture, and leadership accountability.Directly lead and create an ongoing employee engagement, learning, and development curriculum focused on AEDI, with input from the Chief People Officer and other Executive Team members.Collaborate on research and engagement initiatives with our workforce development team to enhance the equity and access of our community job training and education programs.Collaborate with our retail, marketing, and fundraising teams to ensure that our AEDI commitments are embedded int
