FTE: Per diem, Shift: Varies, Schedule: On call/TBD Position Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Triage Coordinator is an incredible opportunity to expand your role in health care through the management of telehealth, community and system resources, and access to high quality care. As an LPN at MultiCare you will work in collaboration with your team to ensure the best possible outcomes and patient experiences. Responsibilities You will provide a high level of telephonic and administrative support, program coordination and data management functions for a multidisciplinary, collaborative practice environment You will provide excellent customer service to ensure patient and customer care needs are met You will deliver and execute upon daily routine care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups utilizing your strong interpersonal skills You will assist the Registered Nurse or care team in implementing the nursing process Requirements Current Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington State or Multistate license endorsement (MLS) One (1) year of experience in physician's office or other medical facility Previous experience working in emergency/crisis situations preferred Experience in the production of highly technical documents preferred 50 WPM typing/data entry Our Values As a MultiCare employee, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration and Kindness. Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $25.79 - $37.11 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
