These duties may include, but are not limited to, instructional design, training classes, tracking and performance evaluation.ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate Training* Train new and existing teammates on Credits department functions and processes; Provide 1:1 time as needed* Lead training classes as necessary; coordinate and maintain all logistics, evaluations and tracking* Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision in collaboration with leadership* Comprehend Credits department business process, policies and procedures* Adapt to changes that come along, and address issues from multiple angles to reach a solution* Able to work in a team, facilitate effective team interactions, and to foster a positive work environment; Willingness to assist teammates in order to achieve departmental goals* Must be solution-oriented, self-reliant and not intimidated easily by people, problems or roadblocks; Use common sense and logic to work through to an optimal solution* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills including ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively to help others* Respond to teammates professionally over the phone, in-person in meetings, over email and through various systems. Follow appropriate etiquette and include all relevant details. Be polite and approachableCurriculum Development* Assist in creating, designing, developing, and tracking training programs as requested; collaborate with subject matter experts and other departments within ROPS as needed* Formulate teaching outlines and determines instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshops* Develop strategies to manage time and work through curriculum quickly, (e.g. working by business rule, financial class, coverage). Must be able to prioritize work as well,(e.g. teammate, classroom or project).* Streamline own processes to handle multiple priorities concurrently with shifting time frames in order to meet production and quality expectationsMonitoring / Reporting* Evaluate effectiveness of training and development programs, and utilizing relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methodsOther duties as assigned; including but not limited to:* Attend and facilitate team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed* Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures including SOX documentation and practicesSPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma/GEDMinimum of two years' revenue cycle experience with an emphasis on Credits or strong working knowledge of credit balances and accounts receivable processes including ability to analyze insurance remittance advice (Preferred)Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook (Required)Experience working with electronic billing and A/R systems (Required)Ability to deal with confidential patient and payer information and/or issues, using discretion and judgment (Required)DaVita is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
