We are looking for a Talent Management Partner based in North America, reporting to the Senior Director of Talent located in Santa Clara, CA. In this remote role, you will drive cross-functional people programs such as Engagement, Performance Management, Succession Planning, 9-Box, and Leadership Development, collaborating closely with all People and Places teams and building executive partnerships to drive these initiatives. You're the ideal candidate if you have excellent project management and organizational skills and can handle a variety of confidential and non-routine information in a professional manner. What you'll do: Drive our employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment focused on employee listening and driving organization impact to make Infoblox a great place to work Execute and manage performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and employee development while working cross-functionally to ensure key stakeholders are ready to execute the plan Facilitate and maintain succession plans to ensure leadership continuity and talent pipeline readiness Use the 9-Box grid for talent assessment and development planning to drive business results and leadership bench strength Support leadership coaching programs based on insights from other people programs to cultivate future leaders within the organization Leverage project management and program management skills to work collaboratively with People and Places teams to integrate talent management strategies across the organization and execute our people programs Partner with leaders across the organization to align talent management initiatives with business objectives Research and explores best-in-class solutions focused on the future of work by sourcing and procuring vendors to support people program efforts Support general people items from the HR leadership team as necessary, as well as other duties as assigned by the senior director that require partnering with different teams within HR or other departments to improve programs Create and maintain key reports, dashboards, and insights to monitor health and next steps to continuously improve and modernize our people programs; define metrics to measure the success of talent management programs What You'll Bring: Proven experience in talent management, with a focus on engagement, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development, with 12+ years of human resources experience leading similar programs for a mid-size company Ability to analyze talent data and make data-driven decisions to improve program effectiveness Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and engage stakeholders Strong program management and data organization skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results Ability to work effectively and lead cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with leadership Knowledge or interest in HR and
