FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Exempt Position Summary The Sr. Program Manager has responsibility for facilitating implementation of Strategic Initiatives driven by Supply Chain Management's overall Mission, Vision and Goals. The Sr Program Manager for Supply Chain is responsible for planning, collecting, tracking of progress of Supply Chain's overall Strategic Initiatives. The Sr Program Manager is the point of contact for all initiatives, within the organization and outside of Supply Chain Management (SCM) related to strategy and integration; they are responsible for communicating initiatives directly to Supply Chain Leadership. They will triage initiatives that requires collaboration within the other divisions of the organization. This role improves visibility, accountability and control of all critical initiatives and adopts organization-wide metrics that promote common goals and interoperability to ensure and sustain strong financial and business performance within Supply Chain Operations. Essential Functions Leads the planning, development of project plans for execution of SCM strategic initiatives. Formulates communication strategy to provide monthly report out of progress, including providing oversight of leadership decision-making processes, as it relates to proposed changes to the Strategic Plan. Effectively lead programs and projects to achieve defined business outcomes. Helps create a high performing team of business and cross-functional stakeholders to initiate, design, and deliver people, process, and solutions. Develop a cohesive Program Plan, manage project interdependencies within an overall program, ensuring that individual project goals are met and that overall program benefits are achieved supporting the goals, principles, philosophies, and values of the organization.
