A Software Developer Intern for our 2024 Summer Internship Program! This is an entry-level position in our Digital Engineering department. In this internship, under direct supervision of a manager or department professional, you will learn the fundamentals of software development, and be exposed to the daily routines and procedures of the Digital Engineering department. Additionally, you will gain a foundational understanding the skills and competencies that are essential for individual and organizational success, as well as be provided learning opportunities to better understand the Credit Union's business operations and composition. As a Software Developer Intern you will... Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the application development lifecycle. Develop a variety of data integration modules on various platforms in a mixed environment. Web service development; Representational State Transfer and Simple Object Access Protocol (REST and SOAP). Maintain intra/interdepartmental workflow by providing information to and cooperating with teammates and working on variety of special department projects as needed. Create and organize department documents and reports, as requested. Meet regularly with Manager to provide status of Learning Plan and Objectives; provide final report at end of internship term.
