In this role...You will assist the Service Department by gaining the knowledge to provide technical support and services to clients of Burkhart through troubleshooting, repairing and installing dental equipment and providing an Exceptional Client Experience at all times.What you'll be doing...Load, unload and drive box truck. Ability to help with moving heavy equipment. Clean up and remove trash and dispose at landfill. Provide support to Service Technician with various tasks during install. Pick up and deliver equipment to/from client offices.Work with Service Technician in the shop to do various repairs.Coordinate vehicle repairs and transport technicians to/from repair shops. Fill in for Service Coordinator as needed. Assist in warehouse as needed with receiving, shipping and forklift operation. Attend manufacturer training classes and co-travel as time permits. What you'll need...Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. Technical aptitude for mechanical systems found in dental equipment. Knowledge of tools and skilled in use of various tools.Team player, willingness to assist in various capacities. Ability to develop strong decision making skill and ensure follow-up to problem resolution.
