Background:MultiCare Health Systems went live with Workday full suite in July 2023. We are seeking a senior Workday analyst to join the Workforce Development team. This role reports directly to the AVP of Workforce Development. Primary duties will include back end break-fix, maintaining business processes, adjusting business processes and configuration and condition rules, testing and implementing revisions in partnership with corporate trainer. Working relationship with internal stakeholders: Human Potential, IS&T, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Analytics, and Human Potential (Human Resource) Operations. Ideal Candidate will Possess: Proficiency with Workday Reporting, Workday Recruiting and Workday HCM modules. Familiarity with Workday Talent and Adaptive. Thorough understanding of Workday configuration, business processes and condition rules within these modules. Understanding of how to solution "break-fix" issues that arise. Understanding of Workday Community and researching solutions, testing fixes, and presenting resolutions. Ability to work cross-functionally with HCM Analysts, Information Security & Technology, integration vendors and other internal stakeholders. Position Summary This position works to build and optimize systems and processes to ensure efficient, effective and legally compliant functions. This includes a heavy emphasis on system administration for the Workday System that includes workflows, integrations, triggers, system documentation, business process, user training and reporting. This position collaborates with other areas, such as HRIS, Talent Acquisition, IS&T functions and software vendors, to develop standardized reports, troubleshoot system performance gaps and make full use of Workforce system capabilities.
