Job Summary Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, and working closely with the HR Leadership Team (HRLT) and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the, Global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) Leader will be focused on infusing DEIB into all programs and activities, including practices related to hiring, developing and promoting talent. This role will define TrueBlue's overall DEIB strategy and oversee essential practices and programs related to DEIB in the workforce, workplace and marketplace, bringing thought leadership, a compelling vision for success and continuing best practices in the DEIB space. This position will develop, lead and amplify TrueBlue's work around all aspects of DEIB, partnering with key stakeholders, including Talent Management, HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Corporate Communications. Job Responsibilities Translate company strategy and objectives into actionable plans and initiatives that deliver value-added benefits to the business. Lead the implementation of TrueBlue's DEIB strategy, setting both attainable and aspirational goals for increasing representation and employee experience for underrepresented groups, and increasing efforts to promote our DEIB strategy in the community. Work in partnership with key stakeholders to outline long-term objectives for DEIB including a roadmap, driving accountability and alignment with the business. In partnership with the HR Analytics team, develop a data strategy to drive DEIB insights across the employee lifecycle, in order to identify relevant actions. Identify external standards and internal metrics. Measure progress on key metrics across the employee lifecycle, partnering with the HR Analytics team. Report progress to senior leadership and develop practices to ensure leadership accountability. Research external best practices and build relationships with other companies and external organizations and vendors in order to bring new trends and ideas to TrueBlue.
