Aerotek Production Worker in Tacoma, Washington


  • Candidates considered for any of the operator roles will be responsible for performing general labor duties, machine set up and operation, and testing of raw materials. Candidates need to be comfortable working within a dirty warehouse environment relating to Machine & Forklift Operation. These roles can be physical and require candidates to lift upwards of 35 lbs., crawl under and around machinery, and work in a different atmosphere's with team members dependent on daily metrics set in place.

Retention Bonus

  • $1,000 bonus after first 90 days and going direct with the company.

  • Additional $1,000 bonus after 180 days ($2,000 Total)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ months of working in production or warehouse environment

  • Ability to lift upwards of 35 lbs

  • Comfortable working around bulk raw materials, moving equipment, and other conditions associated with a production/machine operating atmosphere.
