Coordinate the team's activities to accomplish the established production and safety goals. Manage and inspect the team's output to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain time and production records. Estimate production material needs and manage inventory. Teach the team company safety policies and enforce all safety regulations with a goal of zero incidents. Collaborate with the team and management to identify and implement ways to improve production and safety. Help to mediate and resolve conflicts within the team. Perform other duties as assigned. What You'll Need: A high school diploma or GED is required. A bachelor's degree, associate degree, or certification in a related field is preferred. 2 years of supervisory experience is required. Capable working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other data-entry programs. Skills in developing, communicating and maintaining positive interpersonal relationships with and among employees. Ability to communicate effectively with employees and all levels of management. Demonstrated ability to solve problems in a practical, methodical way while preserving sense of urgency.
