Job Title: Packaging Lead
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Lead for the packaging line on the second shift at our food manufacturing facility in Frederickson. The ideal candidate will have a strong production experience , preferably in food production, and will be responsible for inspecting noodles, standing for 8 hours per day, and overseeing the packaging process.
Responsibilities
Inspect noodles for quality and consistency.
Stand for 8 hours per day while managing the packaging line.
Lead a team of 6 people in the packaging department.
Teach and mentor team members to ensure efficient production processes.
Oversee operators on 2 main lines and 1 tempura line.
Ensure compliance with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Coordinate with the day shift lead by attending meetings at 1 pm or 1:30 pm as needed.
Essential Skills
Strong leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to teach and mentor team members.
Production and packaging experience.
Good attendance and reliability.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in food production is a plus but not required.
Open to candidates with manufacturing and lead experience.

Work Environment
Our food manufacturing facility specializes in producing pasta noodles and is located in Frederickson. The work involves standing for long periods and inspecting and packaging food products. The swing shift runs from 2 pm to 10:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility to work weekends or attend meetings at 1 pm or 1:30 pm.
