[The *Member Services Director *works with senior branch staff to implement member services strategies that focus on recruitment and retention of members. ]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Key Responsibilities:]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}

• [Direct and organize member services team with a focus on member experience and retention.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Coordinate and support program and membership enrollment and systems in support of member experience.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Assist marketing efforts focused on internal/external marketing strategies and production of material to support member experience and retention.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Track and utilize data to drive staffing schedule and experiential decisions.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Distribute results, organize, and maintain reports.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Supervise all aspects of membership accounting and processes to include all transactions.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Key liaison to Association Engagement Center.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
