We are looking for a Manager, Business Operations to join our Product and Business Operations team in Santa Clara, CA, reporting to the Vice President of Product and Business Operations. In this role, you will drive business-critical initiatives, align operations with company objectives, and support cross-functional efficiency. You will also collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to lead operational excellence, post-launch activities, and customer feedback programs. You are the ideal candidate if you are a strategic, analytical leader who thrives on solving complex business challenges. You excel at cross-functional collaboration and drive results with autonomy and initiative. What you'll do: Oversee strategic business operations programs and initiatives Develop and manage operational roadmaps and performance metrics Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive process improvements Drive Customer Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to gather feedback and align strategies Manage post-product launch activities, including adoption metrics and win/loss analysis Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights Drive executive reporting and business reviews Implement best practices for operational efficiency Manage budgets and resource allocation for operations initiatives Promote a collaborative and inclusive team environment What you'll bring: 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience. Proven experience managing large-scale operations programs Solid business and financial acumen Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred What success looks like: After six months, you will... Successfully understand Infoblox Business Management Team (BMT) process and drive the key business initiatives from planning to execution Build strong cross-functional relationships and improve operational processes Gain expertise in Infoblox CAB process After about a year, you will... Please keep in mind that the range mentioned is the base salary range for the role. The typical base salary range for this position in Washington is $119,600 - $163,900 and in California is $125,400 - $188,980 plus corporate bonus.
