Lab Technician

Job Description

The main function of a lab technician is to support laboratory operations through general maintenance of laboratory and supply storage areas, equipment, instruments, and supplies. The typical lab technician is expected to use general lab methods, techniques, equipment, and instrumentation in compliance with quality assurance programs and standard operating procedures.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Tacoma, Washington.

Work Environment

Afternoon shift: Monday - Friday 11 - 7 primarily, must be open to some weekends, opportunity for OT.

May float between sample receiving, organics prep, and metals teams as needed. Entire lab outside of specialty team is about 40+ people.
