We are looking for a hybrid HR Shared Services Analyst to join our HR Operations team located in either Santa Clara, CA or Tacoma, WA, reporting to the senior manager of HR Operations. In this role, you will provide HR support for the U.S. and EMEA regions, managing Tier 1 HR, benefits, and absence inquiries. You will play a key role in delivering efficient employee services through ticket management, process documentation, and support of knowledge center development. Additionally, the Shared Services Analyst will assist with HR projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence. What you'll do: Manage HR tickets in ServiceNow (Ask HR) and provide timely responses to tier-1 core HR, benefits, and absence inquiries Process transactions in Oracle HCM Cloud and identify areas for automation to improve efficiency Develop and maintain clear, scalable documentation for HR processes, ensuring alignment with global policies and procedures Assist with building and maintaining the ServiceNow knowledge center, ensuring up-to-date and accessible information for Bloxers Provide specialized support tailored to the needs of the India and APAC regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and cultural considerations Contribute to HR projects, focusing on process optimization and technology improvements Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all HR-related data and systems Support audit requests and contribute to ensuring that HR data and processes comply with relevant regulations for the region What you'll bring: Great attitude, pleasant demeanor, and passion for collaborating and working in a team environment to solve challenging problems 2+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, HRIS, or HR support, with experience in ticketing systems like ServiceNow or similar and HCM systems, Oracle preferred Proficiency in ServiceNow, Oracle HCM Cloud, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Comfortable with HR systems, analytics tools, and process automation Proactive in identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements Ability to work cross-functionally with HRBPs, global HR teams, and other stakeholders Understanding of U.S. and EMEA specific labor laws, HR practices, and cultural nuances Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple priorities Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field What success looks like: After six months, you will...
