About the Role:
The Leadership Development Officer is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership development programs, content and trainings that enhance the skills and capabilities of current and future leaders within the organization. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify leadership needs and delivering tailored trainings and programmatic solutions to develop and enhance leadership capability.
Develop and execute leadership development programs, workshops, and seminars that align with organizational goals and leadership framework.
In collaboration with key stakeholders, develop an overall plan to help resolve identified skills gaps and topical leadership and culture initiatives.
Design, develop and deliver engaging course content using adult learning design principles for in-person, virtual, and e-learning formats using a variety of software and equipment.
Conduct regular assessments to identify leadership development needs across the organization and recommend appropriate interventions to help resolve identified skills gaps and topical leadership and culture initiatives.
Coach and mentor team members as well as others who design and deliver content and programs.
Develop and implement methods to measure the success and impact of leadership development programs and courses and make recommended adjustments to ensure programs are effective and aligned with organizational need.
Maintain and manage budgets for leadership development programs and courses keeping timely and accurate record keeping and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Utilize course evaluation survey results to determine necessary program changes.
Manage the day to day operations of leadership development programs, including participant enrollment/nominations, nudge strategies, content creation and facilitation, success measurements, communications, feedback collection and continuous program evolution to meet the changing leadership needs of the organization.
Use the Learning Management System (LMS) to assess learning needs and evaluate and report results.
Establish, manage and maintains effective vendor relationships.
Manage pre and post course activities and logistics including roster management, no show reporting, wait list management, material production, content updates and other activities needed to ensure effective class management.
Facilitate classes, workshops, and other leadership development-related content to create an interactive, engaging learning environment that translate to on the job learning and performance.
Monitor course enrollment rates and proactively identify marketing efforts to increase enrollment in courses.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in leadership development and incorporate them into the organization’s programs.
Perform administrative duties as assign with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, consistency and within the set time.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Or applicable experience. Required
Master’s degree in a relevant discipline. Preferred.
Strong understanding of leadership theories and practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs
Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Project management skills.
Strong facilitations skills including facilitating workshops, meetings, and training sessions to ensure active participation and engagement.
Ability to measure the effectiveness of programs, content, and trainings through various evaluation methods and metrics.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in leadership coaching (e.g., ICF, CCL) or training and development (e.g., ATD).
Occasional travel may be required for training sessions, workshops, and meetings.

Our Benefits:
We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $85,000 - $120,000, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
