Depending on assignment, duties also include providing administrative support of a confidential nature to include preparation of documents/reports, reception/phones, mail distribution, supply/inventory maintenance, equipment ordering/repair, and assistance with new hire orientation and recruitment efforts.

Work requires knowledge of HR standards, procedures and multiple contracts/agreements sufficient to recognize/apply the most appropriate course of action from among several possible alternatives and to exercise sound judgment in providing guidance and interpreting/explaining complex HR practices/requirements to managers, employees and/or the general public.
