SYNCADD Systems, Inc. GFEBS Business System Analyst in Tacoma, Washington

*Job Summary *

SYNCADD Systems Inc. is looking for a full-time General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Analyst to support installation Chief Financial Officer Act (CFOA) compliance. Input updates to GFEBS as directed by the installation Real Property Accountable Officer (RPAO).

*Duties and Responsibilities   *

  • On-site full-time support at Joint Base Lewis & McChord
  • Data entry and review of Real Property workflows/processes at military installations
  • Review of Army real property Category Codes and Unit Identification Codes (UIC)
  • Training and/or experience with GFEBS data entry
  • Editing and compilation of data specifically related to GFEBS such as:
  • Complete building disposal in GFEBS
  • Adjust pool and rental space and update UIC contract assignments in GFEBS
  • Maintaining and updating documented standard operating procedures
  • Experience preparing other documentation a plus

*Required Skill and/or Experience   *

  • Must be capable of obtaining necessary security clearances
  • Must be capable of obtaining a Common Access Card (CAC)
  • Must have problem solving skills and possess strong written and oral communication skills
  • Must possess strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to multi-task to efficiently meet deadlines with quality work  
  • Must be customer oriented, motivated, and able to function as part of a team  
  • Must offer experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

*Desired Skill and/or Experience  *

  • Prior experience within Army DPW Organization
  • Prior knowledge of Army GFEBS
  • Prior military service preferred
