We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Sales Finance team in Tacoma, WA reporting to the AMS Sales Finance director. In this remote or hybrid role, you will support the Sales Finance team in providing strategic direction to the Worldwide Field Operations team. You will partner and collaborate with Sales leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth. You will also provide enhanced bookings and install base reporting and tracking to drive critical business decisions. This role can also be based anywhere in the US (remote). What you'll do: Partner with Sales and Finance leadership by providing insightful data and analytics to make sound business decisions Maintain, modify, and analyze large datasets in an easily useable and understandable way for business partners Effectively communicate and work with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Operations, IT, and other departments Prepare and present regular financial reports and analyses to senior leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities Track progress against KPIs, both functional and corporate, clearly communicate actionable findings with Sales and Marketing leaders, and actively participate and present at Quarterly Business Reviews Enable business partners to take actions derived from analysis and insights, and/or drive these actions when appropriate What you'll bring: 3+ years of combined experience in finance/business partnership roles, direct experience with annual recurring revenue (ARR) a plus Ability to develop positive and productive working relationships across geographies and cultures Ability to develop a framework for assessing a complex problem, getting buy-in from stakeholders on the framework, and using it to make a fact-based decision Solid business acumen coupled with an executive presence Excellent communication and presentation skills Superb interpersonal, organizational, and management skills Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics What success looks like: After six months, you will... Work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of management and staff within the Finance and Sales organizations Be able to pull and report on primary Sales KPIs and metrics and understand what they mean Have a thorough understanding of our monthly/quarterly close process and financial reporting analysis tools and processes Be proficient in consolidating financial results and forecasts from various departments and summarizing key financial information to tell a bigger picture story to key stakeholders Participate and represent Sales Finance in cross-functional projects After one year, you will...
