We are looking for an Executive Recruiter (Contract) to join our Talent Acquisition Team, preferably in Santa Clara or Tacoma, WA, reporting to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition. This is a contract role that could lead to full-time employment depending on success in the role. In this pivotal role, you will identify potential senior-level candidates, conduct in-depth interviews, and present top talent to our leaders, while driving the hiring process. You will collaborate closely with our executive team in identifying their needs and then finding the talent to help propel the company forward. You're the ideal candidate if you have a proven track record in executive recruitment/retained search, excellent relationship-building skills at the executive level, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience for a technology company. What you'll do: Partner with senior leadership to define executive hiring needs and strategies to recruit top talent Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership roles across all departments Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive and active senior talent Build and maintain a robust pipeline of executive candidates through networking, market research, and relationship management Ensure a seamless, high-touch experience for candidates throughout the hiring process Stay informed about industry trends, competitor insights, and market dynamics to advise on hiring strategies Collaborate with hiring managers, HR leaders, and other stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business goals Present shortlisted candidates to hiring manager and provide detailed information about their skills and abilities What you'll bring: Proven experience as an Executive Recruiter or retained search for a technology company In-depth knowledge of executive search processes and best practices Strong understanding of various industries and executive roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with executives and candidates Strong organizational and time-management skills Bachelor's degree What success looks like: After six months, you will: Successfully placed a few key senior leadership roles, demonstrating the ability to identify and attract top talent Established strong relationships with senior leadership and hiring managers Developed a robust pipeline of senior talent through proactive sourcing strategies Ensure a seamless and high-touch experience
