Recent growth has created a new opportunity for an HR expert who can deliver operational excellence through effective people strategies. This exciting and challenging new role reports directly to our Senior Vice President of Human Potential (HP). It will be one of three Executive HP Business Partners in our Puget Sound region. If selected, you ll work closely with one or more Senior Vice Presidents as a trusted member of their leadership team. You ll also be a member of the Human Potential leadership team, along with peers from Human Resources, Education Services and Culture & Talent Development. Solving people-related challenges and ensuring the success of strategic initiatives will be your primary focus. For operational matters, you ll partner with resources across our HP division. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: This is a senior-level position requiring at least 7 years Human Resources or health care operations experience. A master s degree in business, HR, organizational design/development, organizational or industrial psychology or a related discipline is also required. (Candidates with a bachelor s degree and substantial additional experience may be considered.) In addition to these credentials, you will need demonstrated consulting and leadership coaching skills, advanced training/presentation skills, proven ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships and proven ability to innovate and think critically. Our ideal candidate will have prior management experience and extensive workforce planning experience. Change management certification and familiarity with the Harrison Assessment are also preferred.
