Description

A boutique, full-service law firm in Tacoma is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to add to their team.

The salary is DOE but generally ranges between 100-150k base, with additional bonus earnings. Benefits offered includes full medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401k with profit sharing, paid court holidays, unlimited PTO and hybrid work from home flexibility.

Partnership track is available and desired. 1400 billable target.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will have the following experience:

• 4+ YOE as an attorney in Washington, handling estate planning work as a majority of practice

• Juris Doctor with strong academic credentials, an LL.M. in taxation a major plus but not required

• Experience planning estates for high-net-worth individuals, those with LLCs or other business and taxation needs
