Work closely with partners form different lines of business to determine opportunities and help Wilson Albers realize growth by initiating new relationships.
“Hunt” for and be creative in identifying new prosects.
Collaborate with your team for the overall good of the business.
Utilize multiple prospecting strategies to identify prospects and consistently set appointments with qualified potential clients.
Identify and develop relationships directly with key decision makers.
Conduct Discovery meetings in order to deliver consistent new activity to meet and exceed goals.
Build your knowledge and understanding of the industries we support, and leverage existing relationships via referrals to generate new prospect opportunities.
Maintain excellent activity records in CRM that produce accurate reports and forecasts each month.
Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
Previous Employee Benefits or related field experience.
Proven B2B sales and/or business development experience preferred.
Competitiveness and self-drive required.
Ability to adapt and react to changing environments in order to achieve optimal outcomes.
Experience selling to C-Suite and other functional leadership in Benefits Administration, Finance, and Human Resources Operations preferred.
Ability to identify the highest-potential target markets.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems; preferably Salesforce.
