An eBranch Representative to join our team! As an eBranch Representative you will assist members with inquiries, requests, and/or problems in a friendly, respectful, courteous, and professional manner. In this role you will become knowledgeable in covering Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Live Chat, Secure Email, Info Desk, Online Account Opening and Bill Pay support to best serve our members. As a eBranch Representative you will... Provide information on Credit Union services or policies via the telephone and email, including eligibility for membership, types of Credit Union accounts, insurance on loans, loan policies, interest rates, current dividend rates, locations, office hours and telephone numbers. Perform routine to complex member transactions via the telephone and email; including Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Live Chat, Secure Email, Info Desk, Online Account Opening and Bill Pay Support. Receive and respond to email inquiries from members received via the "info-desk" and online banking channel in a prompt and professional manner. As needed, may perform routine member transactions via the telephone, including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers and mail cashier's checks. Aid with Shared Branching questions. Take requests for stop payments, indemnity bonds, Western Union, wire transfers and photocopies. Provide members with account status information the telephone and email, including current balances and loan pay-offs. Assist members to resolve discrepancies and grievances. As needed, may capture lost/stolen VISA check and VISA credit cards; re-order new cards. Qualifications Our ideal candidate will bring to the team... One-year experience in a service-oriented capacity required. Call center or prior financial institution experience is preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
