We are looking for a Director - Growth Strategy, to join our Business Strategy team, reporting to the Chief of Staff. In this role, you will have a bird\'s eye view of the company and develop ideas on how to grow, be more efficient, and take strategic initiatives from idea to execution. You will drive ideation, research, analytics, and business planning, and own development and execution of programs end to end. As you grow your knowledge about our products, go-to-market strategy, and operations, you will develop ideas on how to leverage our data to come up with strategic initiatives. The Business Strategy team also manages the relationship with our Board of Directors, which will enable you to understand our key priorities and support them accordingly. You are the ideal candidate if you have deep business experience and have demonstrated key leadership skills. You are a strategic thinker who is data driven, organized, and disciplined. You enjoy solving problems, can operate independently while collaborating across teams, and are driven to achieve results. What you\'ll do: Evaluate gaps in the company and come up with ideas to address them Drive brainstorming sessions with key stakeholders across the company Develop business cases to gain approval and funding to implement ideas Build programs to advance implementation Incubate programs through success milestones Generate ideas continuously for growth and innovation What you\'ll bring: High self-motivation and the ability to operate independently, problem solve, and make decisions Great communication skills with executive presence Ability to build trust and relationships Understanding of organization dynamics and the ability to facilitate leaders to common recommendations Adaptable and agile with the ability to improvise if you encounter roadblocks Comfortable working and debating with CXOs A minimum of 12 years of business experience with key leadership roles in various functions MBA preferred with previous business consulting experience What success looks like: After six months, you will... Please keep in mind that the range mentioned is the base salary range for the role. The typical base salary range for this position based in California is \$169,000 - \$260,260 plus corporate bonus.
