A Digital Marketing Specialist job in Tacoma, WA, is available at Milgard Windows and Doors. You must have three-plus years' experience in a similar role. You will support digital and social media marketing initiatives for all MI window brands. Milgard Windows & Doors is the leading manufacturer of windows and doors in the Western United States, with operations in Washington, Oregon, and California. Milgard was recently acquired by MI Windows, creating additional opportunities for growth and synergies between these two industry leaders.

Digital Marketing Specialist job responsibilities include:

• Coordinates the advertising initiatives and online reputation management for all MI organization brands

• Coordinates advertising schedules and placement

• Compiles and produces online promotion reports

• Coordinates and maintains public social media response for all social assets

• Implements media campaigns & website performance (SEO, SEM, PPC) aligned with business goals

• Coordinates with creative teams to create relevant & impactful content (e.g., website, blogs, press releases)

• Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to ensure brand consistency

• Supports the maintenance of all online marketing assets and programs

• Monitors ROI and KPIs

• Stays up-to-date with media trends & technologies

• Multi-tasks as required by assignments from management

• Distributed reports as requested

• Assists with various other special projects as requested

• Conducts miscellaneous administrative duties for various staff members as required

Requirements

Qualifications:

• You should possess a minimum of three-plus years' experience in a similar role.

• Preferred a strong knowledge base in online marketing

• Excellent customer-facing skills with strong communication skills (including writing and presentation skills).

• Social Media and other online experience required

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline
