We are offering an opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to join our team in Tacoma, Washington, United States as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and performing data entry tasks related to logistics and vehicle parts. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle logistics customer service inquiries primarily via emails, including vehicle inquiries and reconciliations of ramps

• Maintain and manage spreadsheets for each vehicle manufacturer using Excel

• Perform data entry tasks related to individual units so the installer knows which parts go on which vehicle

• Track parts used on cars, count for ordering, production, and inventory

• Carry out reconciliations between multiple systems that do not 'talk' to each other

• Ensure data entry accuracy, as this is a crucial aspect of the role

• Process customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Excel Formulas.

• Experience with global logistics and general logistics.

• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Familiarity with conditional formatting in Excel.

• Solid account management skills.

• Excellent email communication abilities.

• Previous experience in a customer service role.

• Ability to work well in a team and independently.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer queries effectively.

• High-level organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools as required.

• Excellent time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines.
