Position Summary

As a Consumer Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into customers by directly engaging with potential clients at their homes and events. You will represent our company and its products or services, effectively communicating their value propositions and benefits to potential customers. The ideal candidate combines interpersonal skills, resilience, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset to effectively engage with potential customers and drive sales results in a dynamic and challenging sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting: Identify and approach potential customers by going door-to-door within assigned territories or neighborhoods and attending events.

Engagement: Initiate conversations with consumers in a friendly and professional manner, introducing yourself and the products or services you represent.

Product Presentation: Present the features, benefits, and advantages of the products or services to potential customers, highlighting how they can address the customers' needs or solve their problems.

Customized Pitch: Tailor your sales pitch to each individual customer, addressing their specific concerns, needs, and preferences.

Objection Handling: Address any objections or concerns raised by potential customers and provide satisfactory responses to overcome barriers to sale.

Closing Sales: Utilize effective closing techniques to secure sales agreements or commitments from interested prospects.

Lead Generation: Generate leads by collecting contact information and following up with potential customers who express interest but may not be ready to purchase immediately.

Documentation: Accurately record sales interactions, customer information, and sales transactions using provided systems or tools.

Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships, answer questions, and provide additional information as needed to facilitate the sales process.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale, addressing any issues or concerns that arise and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company within specified timeframes.

Market Feedback: Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and any other relevant information that can inform sales strategies.
