Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician

Summary:

Skilled CNC Maintenance Technician with over three years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance and repair. Proven ability to conduct routine preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and ensure optimal machine performance. Strong experience working with hard metals, including Inconel and titanium, and familiarity with fixturing and tooling applications. Committed to maintaining high operational standards and effective communication with team members.

Core Competencies:

  • Proficient in diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues through detailed inspections and the use of precision measuring tools.

  • Experienced in performing maintenance tasks including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing machine components.

  • Adept at reading blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs to facilitate effective repairs and maintenance.

  • Strong capability in operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently to repair and assemble machinery and equipment.

  • Excellent communication skills, fostering collaboration with supervisors and team members to streamline maintenance operations.

Professional Experience:

  • Conducted thorough inspections of drives, motors, and belts to maintain machinery functionality.

  • Executed routine maintenance and repair work, accurately documenting all activities and associated costs.

  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve shop planning and tooling strategies.

  • Trained and mentored new technicians in maintenance procedures and safety protocols.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Technical degree or apprenticeship training preferred
