Minimum Requirements How to Qualify: Degree: Certificate. Certification: Possess certification as a medical assistant. Experience: Possess a minimum of one-year full-time experience in the last three years as a CMA. Citizenship: U.S. citizenship. Credentialing: Ability to pass background check and drug screen. Current physical and immunizations. Physical Demands Physical Requirements: You must be on the premises to perform the job.
