Columbia Bank Builder Banking Closer in Tacoma, Washington

Description Following approval, prepares and submits loan closing packages, ensuring compliance with appropriate regulations, insurance, and guarantee functions as applicable prior to dispersing loan proceeds. May also have responsibility for post-closing review to ensure loans were properly executed.Essential Job Functions:Set up Credit and Collateral files.Order appraisal, title, escrow, vista, etcCoordinate document and funding requests and check for accuracy.Prepare monthly draws.Work daily with loan customers via telephone and in personAll employees are responsible for internal controls in the performance of their assigned duties.
