Vic’s is looking for an outgoing full-time Barista and Cook WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: making hand-crafted beverages, assisting daily lunch special prep, preparing food & snacks for the merchandizing fridge, finishing the cleanup and closing. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE: Teachable, Driven, Quick Learner, Outgoing Personality Good Verbal Communication, High Energy Level, Dependable, Focused, Good Customer Service and Relationship Building, Attendance, Confidentiality, Emotional Control, Flexibility, Handle Pressure well. Willing to step in where extra help is needed Accomplishes daily goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different tasks. Physical requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. consistently stand, walk, bend, reach, climb a ladder, & occasionally carry up to 50 pounds through the day. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Documentation: Must have State/Federal issued ID. Vehicles must have current registration & proof of insurance. Shift Hours Include: Tue-Fri/5:30 AM-3:30 PM/Paid lunch, Occasional weekend, occasional extended hours Wages: WA Minimum + Tips Tips: Split equally after 90 Day probationary period when fully trained. No tips first 2 weeks with increasing percentage as training progresses. Holidays Off: Federal Holidays, typically including an additional day + the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day.
