A&P Technician - Anchorage, Alaska

Job Description

The A&P Mechanic will perform line maintenance on Boeing 747, 767, and 777 passenger and cargo aircraft in an outdoor line station environment. This role involves responding to customer maintenance calls, repairing and replacing interior parts, fluids, and components as needed, and signing off on airworthiness. The team consists of 3-4 mechanics per lead, with the highest flight volume supporting an airline that operates 747, 777, and 767 aircraft, along with several other airlines supported with a handful of flights per day. This position is based out of Anchorage, Alaska.

Responsibilities

  • Perform line maintenance on Boeing 747, 767, and 777 aircraft.

  • Respond to customer maintenance calls.

  • Repair and replace interior parts, fluids, and components as needed.

  • Sign off on airworthiness.

  • Work in teams of 3-4 mechanics per lead.

Essential Skills

  • A&P license required.

  • Minimum 6 months of industry maintenance experience.

  • Own basic tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of recent experience on 747/777/767 highly preferred.

  • General Familiarization training preferred on either: 747-400, 747-8, or 767.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anchorage, Alaska.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $63.00/hr.
