How you will make an impact

  • Back various projects for other employees

  • Handle telephone calls

  • Complete word processing, filing, and faxing

-Intake phone calls with customers and vendors

-Coordinate contract negotiations

-Support Procurement Manager with regulations, policies & procedures contracts, agreements, etc

-Aid in business and professional services, contract terminology and development

-Work heavily with other departments and support other departments when needed

Requirements

  • Accomplished computer skills are a must. This includes word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

  • Previous experience working with I-9 Compliance

  • Wide ranging experience with Status Updates

  • Foundational knowledge in internal communications

  • Proficiency in external communication

  • Customer service experience

  • Solid understanding of filing

  • Knowledge of data entry

  • Skills in policies & procedures

  • Earlier work involving Builds Relationships

  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Well-founded grasp of Adobe Acrobat

  • General familiarity with Salesforce Administration

  • Good understanding of Client Intake

  • Quality experience with Coordinate Logistics

  • Comprehension of Contract Terms

  • Practical knowledge of Coordinating Events

  • Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

  • Proven ability to use the internet for research

  • Must be able to navigate MS Office TEAMS with no support

  • Must be familiar with working in remote scenarios
