Description We are currently recruiting an Accounts Payable Specialist for our operations in the manufacturing sector in Fife, Washington. This role involves the precise management of invoices, maintaining comprehensive records, and managing vendor communications. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately process purchase order (PO) and non-PO invoices.

• Keep detailed records of customer credit applications.

• Execute manual keying tasks with precision and speed.

• Manage discounts and rectify any discrepancies in quantities.

• Investigate and address invoice discrepancies promptly.

• Engage with vendors to ensure smooth operations.

• Collaborate with the team on month-end accruals.

• Contribute to special projects when required, utilizing your expertise.

• Leverage your experience in the manufacturing sector to improve processes.

• Implement Oracle and ERP solutions to optimize accounts payable processes. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role within the Manufacturing industry

• Proficient in the use of Oracle and other ERP Solutions

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) procedures

• Experience in processing and managing Purchase Orders

• Proven ability in Vendor Management and building strong vendor relationships

• Skilled in identifying and resolving Invoice Discrepancies

• Ability to effectively research and resolve any payment discrepancies

• Familiarity with the specific challenges and requirements of the Manufacturing industry
