.The EAP Account Executive will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive best-in-class customer support. General responsibilities include: Leads the service, support, and strategy for small to middle market Employee Assistance Program (EAP) clients (<5,000 employees). Manages, develops, and cultivates relationships with clients, brokers, and consultants. Analyzes client reporting to demonstrate program value and identifies opportunities for program evolution. Investigates and follows through on member escalations. Develops and executes on retention and growth strategies. Responsible for profitable retention, growth, strategic initiatives, relationship development and service excellence. Implements newly signed clients to ensure successful onboarding. Ensures alignment with plan sponsor’s objectives, financial position and employee benefit strategy while providing cross-sell opportunities and profitable revenue and growth. Partners with cross-functional teams in working with plan sponsor services to ensure programs and services are implemented correctly.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Minimum 3-5 years account management or customer service experience, preferably within industry. Superior written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships and effectively resolve difficult disputes and business challenges with peers, clients, brokers, and consultants. Demonstrated skills in conflict management and negotiation. Ability to remain calm under pressure and work collaboratively across various constituents (internal/external) to determine best possible solution/path forward. Strong financial and business acumen. Proactive, organized and detail oriented, with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed to meet business/customer needs. Must be organized and able to manage large case load. Excellent critical thinking, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills.

The level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree.
