Orange Dairy Service Inventory Specialist in Sunnyside, Washington
Our firm is looking to add an experienced parts coordinator to our team. We require someone who is detail oriented, punctual, and can work well with a team. This person will be required to be a self-starter, who can communicate verbally as well as in written form in a clear and concise manner. This position will require the ability to bend, lift, stoop operate forklift (training provided). Experience with the Microsoft suite of products as well as QuickBooks is desired.
Main Functions:
- Managing physical inventory in multiple inventory locations
- Cataloging inventory and ordering to place inventory stock
- Establishing new and maintaining current vendor relationships
- Barcoding incoming inventory, maintaining department standards
- Incoming phone calls from employees preparing their orders
- Data entry to track incoming and outgoing items in QuickBooks
- Maintain inventory system accuracy
Utilize change management to increase accuracy and efficiency across department
Requirements for consideration:
- Previous inventory and parts management experience desired
- Experience in Microsoft programs
- Attention to detail and the ability to exhibit it
- Basic QuickBooks experience preferred
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to pass background search for previous 3 years
Valid driver's license
