We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Sumner, Washington. The role primarily involves front desk duties in an on-site setting. The Receptionist will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including answering phones, assisting guests and employees, and handling administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate effective communication by promptly answering incoming phone calls.

• Provide a warm welcome to guests and employees, ensuring a positive first impression of our organization.

• Handle tasks related to badges as per the organizational protocol.

• Act as a concierge to field and resolve employee queries efficiently.

• Uphold the organization's reputation by delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Proficiency in customer service is essential.

• Ability to handle data entry tasks efficiently and accurately.

• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.

• Experience as a receptionist is desirable.

• Familiarity with common receptionist duties, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
