Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

You will work in the assembly or paint department, assembling or staining parts of cabinets. This is an extremely entry-level position but offers a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a reputable company. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work environment and equipment, frequently lifting up to 50 lbs (team lifts required beyond this weight), and assisting other departments as necessary.

Shift:

M-F, 1:30pm-11:15pm for Paint and 1:45pm-11:15pm for Assembly

Pay: $19-$20

Hard Skills

• Sanding and lifting 40 lbs

• Wrapping packages, moldings, fillers

• Mechanical assembly using air and hand tools

• Staining and painting

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Sumner, Washington.

Work Environment

The work environment is loud, but very clean and orderly. It is a high-end cabinet company that manufactures residential and commercial cabinets and doors. This facility works with wood, so candidates will be exposed to sand and dust. Interview went great, he was there early and the manager was very impressed how prepared and knowledgeable he was.
