Form Press Operator

Job Description

• Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production operations and machinery - Hot Forming Press Brake / Sheetmetal Forming.

• Candidates will operate hot forming machine. Machine heats titanium sheet metal to 1400 degrees and uses 30,000 tons of pressure to form product.

• Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment.

• Troubleshoot production problems.

• Keep track of inventory and obtain quotes when needed.

• Work with other department leads to ensure schedule adherence.

Hard Skills

• 4 years of prior manufacturing experience (aerospace experience preferred)

• 2 years of team leading experience

• Experience in sheet metal forming

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Sumner, Washington.

Work Environment

Clean Aerospace Mfg. facility. Will be working with machines that are in the 1300-1400 Degree F range. 2 Employees in department currently.
