Position Type: Full-time, Hourly
Location: In Office; Sumner, WA

Reach out to customers through phone, email, and/or text to confirm scheduled jobs
Update systems with confirmed and non-confirmed jobs
Check all scheduled jobs for product availability before confirming with customer
Track and update all responses from customers into data base
Creating and establishing great relationships with customers
Various administration duties
Other duties maybe assigned
High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organizational skills and professional telephone skills
Data entry experience is a plus, but not required
Organizational, time management and customer service skills
Regular attendance is required
