[As a Swim Instructor, you will provide direct leadership, prepared instruction and motivation for students in swimming classes. [Prepare class lesson plans with a natural progression of appropriate skills for the abilities and ages of the classes.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
[Safely instruct swimming lessons in basic and advanced stroke skills according to class swim level as assigned in accordance with YMCA guidelines.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
[Complete accident and incident reports.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
[Assist with keeping accurate records of lesson attendance and skill progression.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
[Parent communication utilizing session report cards.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
[Meet performance measurement by telling the Y story and raising charitable dollars to fulfill our mission. ]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
[Assist staff leadership team in reaching campaign goals through recruiting campaigners, making personal asks and supporting branch events.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
[Cleaning and sanitation protocols will be required of all staff.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
