----Job Description---- Job Summary Production of Poly-ISO Insulation to published specifications. Tasks include operation of saws and packaging equipment. Knowledge of processing specifications, operation of production equipment, sheet length, and linear feet. Duties and Responsibilities: * Equipment setup, and upkeep of saws and associated equipment. * Operate and troubleshoot, Saw control consoles. * Operate and troubleshoot, crosscut, take critical measurements * Maintain the use of mold release. * Communicate product attributes to process operator for correction. * Attend various meetings to provide input on processing problems and changes to process and equipment. * Ensure quality and proper facer makings. * Housekeeping of Plant inside and out. * Assist in training of new team members. * Safe/Proper disposal of waste chemical. * Maintaining 5S Checklist * Fill in other areas of the plant as required Competencies: * Teamwork * Builds trust with others by encouraging open dialogue and collaboration.
