Carlisle Interconnect Technologies Lead Maintenance Technician in Summit, Washington

----Job Description---- Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading building envelope solution supplier that effectively drives energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. We are seeking a Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician in our Puyallup, WA Plant. The Maintenance Lead is responsible for performing repairs on all machinery and equipment throughout the plant and is also accountable for minor administrative functions including assigning work orders and work order time recording. Expected hours of work 40 hours a week with a varied shift schedule 8-10 hours shifts with occasional overtime and weekend hours. No travel required. Shift: 3rd shift 9:30pm-6am. Sunday to Thursday Duties and Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot and repair equipment- evaluate equipment operation and perform necessary action when malfunction occurs, or improvements are needed. • Performs preventive maintenance activities as dictated by work schedule. • Administration-distribute work orders, process/ summarize work order data, initiate purchase requisitions, utilize equipment and process documentation. • Keep MDI Board current and up to date. • Comply and participate regulatory, Carlisle, And departmental policies, procedures, and standards (PSM, safety protocols, COS) • Provide training to Maintenance technicians I & II & III as needed. • Articulate to vendors/engineer's machine issue to resolve technical issues. • Handle and audit preventative maintenance procedures. • Other duties as assigned. Working Conditions: • Fast paced manufacturing environment where workers are exposed to both ambient/outside temperatures and dust; working with mechanical parts and pinch points; exposure to increased noise levels. • Exposure to hazardous mechanical, electrical and chemical substances/equipment. • Confined workspaces.
