Skamania County Community Health Behavioral Health Therapist I, II, or III in Stevenson, Washington

Mental or Behavioral Health Therapist I, II, OR III | Human Resources | Skamania County{rel="nofollow"}

The Behavioral Health Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy as well as case management services to a diverse population of children, youth, and adults in Skamania County in order to maintain people in the community and or least restrictive setting and reduce the need for psychiatric hospitalization and  assist with quality management and compliance, chart reviews, supervision of Case Management, Peer, and Community Health Workers/Pathways Health Connect program, and assisting and training new behavioral health staff including Peers, Case Managers, and/or Community Health Workers. The Behavioral Health Therapist will also fill in as needed in the substance use disorder program. Provides direct crisis service and after-hours Designated Crisis Responders (DCR) services and coordination.

[EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: ]{.underline}Master's degree in social work plus one to five years (depending on qualifications) of clinical, supervisory, and progressively responsible experience is required. Washington State Licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker and Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUD) certification through Department of Health (DOH) required.

And depending on the position applying for; You must have one, or more, specialty designation (Trauma, Geriatric, Child, Developmental Disability, Ethnic, and/or Forensic Evaluations) and must be trained in 2 or more evidence-based practices.
