ManpowerGroup Warehouse Forklift Operator in Stanwood, Washington

Our client, a leading warehouse and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Warehouse Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting inventory management and movement of goods. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be safety-conscious, and have experience operating a forklift.

Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Operator

Location: Stanwood, WA

Pay Range: $22-$27 p/h

What's the Job?

  • Efficient movement of goods in the warehouse

  • Safely operate power equipment to move, organize and palletize product in the warehouse and production areas

  • Receive raw material and process incoming orders while ensuring accuracy and quality of goods

  • Pick and select items from inventory based on production specifications

  • Perform daily inspections and maintenance of forklifts and power equipment

What's Needed?

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in shipping and receiving, order selecting or equivalent role

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience operating a forklift required

  • High school diploma required

  • Intermediate proficiency of Microsoft Office suite required (MS Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)

  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn and navigate systems
