What We're Looking For:
We are currently hiring a full-time Logistics Coordinator. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will analyze and execute the most cost effective and timely domestic and export product shipment transportation modes. Schedule, monitor and ensure timely deliveries and mitigate any delays. Coordinate communications with and between shipping and packaging warehouses, customer service, and customer/brokers to fulfill terms of sale and facilitate TCF bulk and finished goods product flows as required.
Coordinate, monitor and reconcile outside warehouse inventories to ensure all billings are complete and accurate. Voucher all freight and warehouse storage invoices, domestic and export transportation billing. Coordinate with all transportation vendors to ensure billings are correct and accurate.
Analyze current and planned transportation methodologies for continuous improvement opportunities and coordinate implementation with all affected TCF organizations and outside agencies.
Provide support to other TCF Logistics team members as required.

Knowledge, Skill and Experience Required:
- Five years of experience in transportation/distribution and warehouse inventory management.
- Demonstrated communication skills, with ability to interface and negotiate positive outcomes between multiple interests.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Word and Excel, and Intranet). Ability to understand and navigate TCF systems and reports (Infor).

Required Education:
Bachelors or Associates degree preferred.
