Join our outstanding team at Kpro Auto inc. We are seeking a technician with at least 3 years or more of experience as a technician in the automotive. We are wanting the A or B tech. *However I will train the right person to become the A tech if you want a great carrier. Technicians will receive generous pay. We provide training to ensure you stay current with today's technology. ASE Certification reimburse for technicians acquiring certifications, Advancement potential within the company.
Job description; Technicians are to diagnose and repair to specifications and in accordance with company policy and standards. Automotive gas, Diesel, hybrid Car & Light trucks
Position Requirements; - Experienced with diagnostic equipment. - persistent problem solver. - 3+ years' experience in automotive service. - ability to answer questions at varying level of technical understanding - Ability to properly document concern on repair orders/tablets. - Ability to encourage vehicle service/maintenance and problem prevention. - Ability to follow warranty service policies & procedures. - Ability to lift automotive related components. - Ability to operate equipment to lift the heavier components.
Job responsibilities; - Perform work listed on the RO's efficiently and in accordance with company policy and standards. - Test components and systems using diagnostic tools & specialty equipment. - Diagnose, repair, and maintenance vehicle systems. Engines, transmissions, electrical, suspension brakes & A.C. systems just to mention a few. - Communicate with service adviser and clients of services performed and or further services needed. - Maintain a clean work area. - Some classic car repairs as well to the right hire.
Compensation; - Flat rate, or hourly dependent on experience and skill levels, plus incentive bonuses
Schedule; - Monday through Friday 8;00 to 5;00 with a one-hour lunch. - There is a potential Saturday schedule with Saturday being 9;00 to 1;00 ask for more details.
