Summary:
Provide support to Workforce & Family Services Director. Provide support and training to Workforce & Family Services (WFS) managers. Coordinate and track safety and other required documents and route to appropriate offices. Provide data entry and quality assurance. Must have valid driver license with personal auto insurance as well as pass background and driver record check.
Education and/or Experience:
Associate\'s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Manage internal WFS SharePoint site, including information updates.
Track and facilitate safety documentation completion. Provide support and training to WFS Managers to ensure safety documentation tracking is completed accurately and timely.
Complete monthly compliance report.
Schedule and participate in Program Quality Review meetings. Track action plan items.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, as requested.
Oversee time studies at all locations for the organization. Review and submit final documentation to WFS Director for approval.
Assist administrative staff with data input and database reviews.
Participate in monthly quality assurance reviews of database. Assist staff with corrective action(s). Assist in tracking compliance.
Research funding opportunities and assist Director in grant writing, as requested.
Facilitate and assist with Deskbook creation for WFS positions.
Assist with submitting brochures requests for marketing purposes, utilizing marketing and print shop capabilities.
Assist with maintaining schedule for WFS Director.
Maintain WFS Staff training and documentation. Track for contract compliance.
Maintain WFS Safety documentation across all WFS locations.
Conduct background checks utilizing approved system on participants entering programs where background checks are required.
Assist in production of NISH Quarterly Employment Report and annual 404.
Attend Case Record Review Committee quarterly meetings and be knowledgeable regarding caserecord filing.
Assist with annual Central Contract Registration for Good Works, Inc. and Goodwill.
Assist with annual VETS100 and ORCA Certification for Good Works, Inc.
Work with Human Resources department to track new hire documentation, driver\'s information, background checks, and termination paperwork. Follow up as needed on accurate completion of documents.
Compose, prepare and track grammar, punctuation and formatting of business memos, letters and other correspondence, as requested.
Sort and prepare documents for data entry, verify work against data printouts and make corrections as necessary.
Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, faxing and collating. Use computer for spreadsheets, word processing, database management, and other applications.
Follow all policies, procedures, and directives of Goodwill Industries assuring safety of personnel or property.
Work collaboratively with Workforce & Family Services to provide services for participants.
Properly wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Maintain agency confidentiality. Violation of confidentiality is cause for immediate dismissal.
Comply with all health, safety and fire standards and all local, state and federal regulations (WISHA & OSHA).
